LE RESTAURANT
Our restaurant is not only a hotel restaurant; it is open to all for family lunches and dinners, meals with friends or business meals.
Our Chef, Benoît Thouvenin, places great store on using regional produce and products in his dishes. Come and taste some truly epicurean cuisine of extremely high quality from our various menus.
Discover the talents of Hervé Pierrat, Head Pastrycook, through his selection of delightful desserts.
On weekdays, at lunchtime only, we have a special menu at 22.90 Euros including a main course, cheeseboard or dessert from the "Flavours" menu, with a glass of wine or 1/2 litre mineral water and coffee.
Closed :1st April to 15th November: restaurant closed Mondays all day and Tuesday lunchtimes except from 15th June to 15th September: restaurant open Monday evening for hotel guests. 16th November to 31st March: restaurant closed on Sunday evenings, Monday all day and Tuesday lunchtimes.
