If you wish, you can set your teams a challenge. Confucius said, "If I listen, I forget. If I see, I remember. If I do, I understand."

Motivate your teams by organising outdoor activities. By putting them into unusual situations, they learn to cooperate, exceed their own expectations, trust others and gain self-confidence etc. These activities also develop initiative and a willingness to take responsibility. Taking part is essential, but it takes courage. Ties are created when efforts are being demanded.
